Starting online returns or exchanges is easy

• Go to the customer account section on top-right of the screen. Click "Orders".
• In the ☰ menu and click "Returns & Exchanges".
• Enter your Order Number and email address/phone number to start your return/exchange process.
• Once your request is approved, you will get email update notifications with shipping details.

Exchanges policy

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the purchased items and get a replacement on size & color of same item. Submit an exchange request withing 3 days of delivery. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

What are the return & exchange charges?

Nothing! We want to make sure you get what you want without paying for the return costs. However, as a growing small business, pls help us out by trying to keep the return/exchange as minimal as you can so that we can continue to grow this brand. Hope you understand!

What items are returnable? (eligible for returns)

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your order is ineligible for return after the 3 day window. However, in unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at larefcircle@gmail.com or 9667901470.

Only unused items and items in sellable condition, or defective items are eleigible for return Items must be intact in the original packaging. If the purchased product is defective, reach out to us within 3 days of the delivery date, and we will assess the issue and do the needful. If the purchased product is lost or stolen, please collect evidence and contact us immediately.

How soon will I get my refund?

After your return has been processed (including quality check), you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method.
